Meet The Assessor |
Tom Copeland was elected to the post of Franklin County Assessor in 2008 and assumed the duties of office in September of 2009. Mr. Copeland is a lifelong resident of Franklin County, residing in Union for the past 63 years. Tom and his wife Karen have been married for 43 years and have four children and ten grandchildren.
Mr. Copeland, a small business owner, has operated Copeland Construction since 1977, where he "helped build Franklin County one project at a time".
