RECOMMENDATIONS

 

The Assistant Prosecutors will give recommendations in traffic cases for those who are represented by  an attorney licensed to practice in Missouri.  The procedure for obtaining a recommendation is as follows:

  1. Obtain a copy of your client's ticket and driving record.

  2. Send the above items and a copy of your entry of appearance/request for recommendation to:

  1. If your client's last name begins with A-K, send the requested information to Division VII traffic attorney.

  2. If your client's last name begins with L-Z, send the requested information to Division VI traffic attorney.

 

 

INSURANCE TICKETS

 

If you have received a ticket for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility or No Proof of Insurance, and you were properly insured on the date of the ticket, please bring a copy of the ticket along with your ORIGINAL insurance card that shows coverage for the date you received the ticket to our office to resolve your ticket.

 

Traffic cases are heard in the Associate Circuit Court on Wednesday of each week.
