Beginning January 1, 2002, documents that do not meet the requirements set forth in RsMO 59.005 and as outlined in the
General Document Filing Requirements, may be recorded only for non-compliance fee of twenty five ($25.00) dollars in addition to any
and all fees as outlined below.
