Recording and Copy Fees

Beginning January 1, 2002, documents that do not meet the requirements set forth in RsMO §59.005 and as outlined in the General Document Filing Requirements, may be recorded only for non-compliance fee of twenty five ($25.00) dollars in addition to any and all fees as outlined below.

The Recorder of Deeds Office currently utilizes the following fee schedule:
