First District Commissioner

Todd Boland

 

Born and raised in Franklin County, Missouri, Todd Boland was appointed to his current position as Franklin County First District Commissioner by Governor Mike Parson in August 2018.  In 2020 Todd was elected to serve a four-year term as Franklin County First District Commissioner.

Todd and his wife Kim reside in Villa Ridge, Missouri, and have three sons, Ryan, Sam, and Ted, as well as four grandchildren.

Todd strongly believes that the County Commission is elected to serve residents of the County.

Todd watches over taxpayer dollars to ensure each expenditure adds value to Franklin County.
