Request an Auctioneer's License

Contact the Clerk's Office to request a copy of the application for the Auctioneer's License.

In order to process your application or renewal efficiently, please make every effort to fill out the application completely and accurately. This would include any address or alternate mailing changes.

You can apply by mail using the below mailing address or apply in person by visiting the County Clerk's Office.  The completed application and the fee are required to submit the application.

Rates for licenses:

• License for one month, ten dollars *$12.00

• License for three months, twenty dollars *$22.00

• License for six months, thirty dollars *$32.00

• License for twelve months, fifty dollars *$52.00

*For each license issued there is a fee of two dollars.
