What if it’s not an emergency?
For non-emergency police services, use your local police department’s non-emergency phone number.
Why might another dispatcher answer my call?
If you live in the Washington or Pacific areas, your 911 call may go directly to those agencies’ dispatch centers.
Does Franklin County have Text to 911?
Yes, Franklin County is able to receive text messages.
