
Election Judge Qualifications
Those interested in working at the polls as an election judge for Franklin County, must meet the following qualifications:

You must be a registered voter in Franklin County.

You must state your political party in order to serve as an election judge.

You cannot serve as an election judge if the name of a relative within the 2nd degree is on the ballot and they have opposition. This would apply for that specific election only.

You cannot hold a public office, except committee-person, while working as an election judge.

You must be of good repute and character and work well with others and with the public.

You must be able to work from 5:15 a.m. until after the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on election days.

You must be willing and able to accept payment via direct deposit.
